This is a small site buried in the woods along Ryan’s north shore. It’s fronted by a fairly dense shoreline that includes a less than ideal canoe landing area and a whole lot of lily pads for you swimmers. The site itself is down a path from the water, and feels very enclosed. There are plenty of trees between you and the water, and not much of a view as a result (nicely sheltered though!). The fire pit area is actually kind of nice. I liked the pit and the bench, but it’s not enough to push this site very high on my list. (not a ton of room for tents, either).
