This is the only site in Dickson’s south eastern Cisco Bay. It’s a small site on an island named Raccoon Island, because nothing says great place to sleep like a trash panda infestation.

There isn’t much to this site. It’s small and looks like it doesn’t see a ton of use. There’s room for a couple of tents at most, and that’s if you squint. The terrain is flat, but lumpy. By which I mean there are plenty of rocks and roots scattered around which would likely make for uncomfortable sleeping conditions if you don’t pitch your tent just right.

The fire pit area is right by the water’s edge and has a nice view southwest across the bay. That said, I wonder how exposed it would feel on a cold/windy day,

The canoe landing isn’t great. The site is about a foot above the waterline and there’s a jumble of rocks at the most likely takeout area. There would be room for one canoe at a time to load/unload without getting in each other’s way.

Are there better sites nearby? Yes. Site 10 at the narrows leading into Cisco Bay is a better option.
