Site Location

This is a smaller site on Little Crow that is still a good spot if you have a small group. There are a couple of decent tent pads and the fire pit has a great view of Little Crow. Having stopped there in a rain storm, I can tell you that there isn’t a lot of shelter on the site proper, but at the same time that makes the site feel open in a good way.

The shoreline is rocky, making for a tougher landing. The site itself is flat, with only a few exposed roots around as possible tripping hazards. There are a couple of log benches around the fire pit, but apart from that the site doesn’t boast many accessories (which isn’t a bad thing!).

Are there better sites nearby? Yes. I’d take Site 3 over this one if only because it’s bigger (and nicer). But this one isn’t bad!
